20.01.2022 Monday meal prep ideas Chicken Lettuce Cups In line with our female shred plan ... 100g of chicken breast 100g of rice 2 or 3 lettuce cups (cos or iceberg) Half a cucumber 1 tomato 1 shallot Salt and pepper 1 TBS of Greek Yoghurt DILL (don’t forget the dill) Chicken filling: Tablespoon of Greek Yoghurt mix in with fried chicken, add chopped up tomato, cucumber, shallot, dill and salt & pepper Line your lettuce cup with rice, then add the filling Light, green, colourful and a fun way to spice things up. 17.01.2022 SPRING IS HERE AND SUMMER IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER! I still can’t believe the results I’ve been able to achieve. Have lost over 10 cm around my waist, more than 10kgs and feeling fitter, healthier and happier than ever. My recent goal was to run 10km and I’ve been able to do that a few times now. It’s all come down to the people I surround myself with, the habits and decisions I make each day to get me closer to my goals. ... Joining the GLC community has taught me a lot and has provided me the platform to grow my knowledge around nutrition, build healthy habits that are a lifestyle change, not a short term fix/ diet it’s small sustainable changes that all contribute to where I am now. From getting my results I’ve inspired myself to want to help as many people as I can to achieve similar results what ever their focus may be. Worrying about the day? Things to get done? Often we can start the day on the back foot without even conciously realising it.... Let's shift our focus for the rest of the day to what we CAN do in any scenario that may be causing us stress, what we can appreciate & be grateful for, and finally how we hold ourselves as good humans along the way.
