I thought it might be helpful to share some things to help keep your immune system strong during this time. ... 1. Do your best to limit refined sugar! Pre- plexus I would lay awake for hours trying to get to sleep. Now, besides my Cody doll keeping me awake as soon as I hit the pillow I'm out. Definitely one of my fave changes from taking plexus :)

20.01.2022 Our lil plexus baby Cody Keith came to meet us just in time for Christmas joining us at 11.33 pm 23/12. Taking my plexus supps (the triplex) during pregnancy was of huge benefit to me and bubs. With my blood sugars being better than good throughout the pregnancy thanks to the pink drink and my hormones kept in check well too. Not many emotional breakdowns throughout the pregnancy. The vitalcleanse capsules kept me regular during pregnancy and after birth. And the magnesiu...m in the capsules kept nasty leg cramps away too. I was up a few times with lil man lastnight and I'm feeling it and have a big day ahead so starting my day with an all natural energy drink. I wasnt feeling the gym today so lil 6km coastal walk instead :) Hubby has a physical job walking thru the bush and lifiting drill rods so gets plenty in each work day. When he's home he always finds a job to do like building a new patio or working in the gardens ... As for the chickens (kids), maxi is up at the crack of dawn gets sorted for school then hits the bball ring out front. Kai is a bit slower in the morns but keeps active at recess and lunch.As for the toddler shes just an alll day energiser bunny

03.01.2022 Quick snap before the gym this morning and update on what I've noticed taking plexus during pregnancy too When I was pregnant with Pearl on several occasions I'd wake during the night in pain.
