23.01.2022 To ICE or not to ICE, that is the question. *Personally: I still do, but not because I think it helps the healing process, in fact, I'm sure it doesn't. I do it to alleviate the pain immediately after the injury while the pain is at its peak. I do think it will probably slow down the healing process but I don't think that slowing the healing down for 20 mins is going to make a big difference on an injury's repair rate. #mytwocents #rice
