25.01.2022 am a wee bit excited to share that my Niece Kate Browning will be moving to Australia to be apart of Healthy Gemz! Kate has huge talent and skill set to bring to our new Cafe! A little back ground of Kate.. She has always had a passion for Baking and creating new and exciting products from scratch. ... From the age of 14 up till now Kate has spent her free time besides competing and riding Horses, creating Wedding cakes, novelty cakes and many more products throughout her small town in New Zealand. As kate had finished her final year of school, I gave her the opportunity to work along side Myself and make Healthy Gemz a family thing sharing the same passions and wanting to challenge herself with something new Kate just couldn’t turn it down!!! Kate has always loved travelling, and before the world changed with covid Kate had the amazing opportunity to go to Europe to represent NZ in her horse riding!! Kate says... I have always been looking for new opportunities and now I can’t wait to join the Healthy Gemz team over in Australia! Wait till you try some of her delicious creations !! It’s going to be great working with Kate and growing together

Milk and cookies is made with coconut milk, and will be using some delicious Vegan Oreos which they contain sugar. Rocky road is made with our homemade vegan choc but filled with lots of goodies.. and has a little refined sugar dairy and gluten from the ingredients! At Healthy Gemz I take so much time in creating recipes to bring you the BEST In all of the above! ... Having a balance in flavours in so important when making Raw food treats!! So using quality ingredients is so important! The last thing you want when you take that first bite is to taste coconut oil... or the taste of dates!! That means there’s a lot of trials and stuff ups along the way until I get the flavour on point. I do not load my recipes with coconut oil, I use fresh produce fruits and veges no powders for taste! High quality nuts and seeds And instead of dried dates I will only use fresh pitted dates which I cut de-Pitt each individual one! I want create delicious treats that are full of wholesome ingredients that will fuel your body!
