Choice on how I spend a sunny afternoon or holiday away. Flexibility to be with my (future) family whenever I choose.... To be present, give to those closest to me and enjoy quality time. 23.01.2022 F O C U S When your focus goes your energy flows. This is so important with lots going on around us right now. What did you think about as soon as you woke up this morning? Worrying about the day? Things to get done? Often we can start the day on the back foot without even conciously realising it.... Let's shift our focus for the rest of the day to what we CAN do in any scenario that may be causing us stress, what we can appreciate & be grateful for, and finally how we hold ourselves as good humans along the way. Did I focus on something to drive me forward toward my future goals or did I sit and wait around for another month of iso to be over? I ask you, are you moving forward or do you feel as though it’s Groundhog Day and you just want someone to wake you up when this is over or we are back to normal? Although I’ve always been somewhat aware of what has occurred in the past, how I have dealt/ not dealt with certain life events and how that now portrays in certain aspects of my life- I’m now more aware and I guess ready to delve into that a little more. 09.01.2022 LET ME TAKE YOU BACK To exactly a year ago. I had a chance encounter with someone who explained a vision a group were working toward & gave me self belief that I could not only be part of it, but also impact a huge amount of people along the way to realise their potential!... To have the backing from a supportive, knowledgeable and ambitious community, I have grown in ways I didn’t think possible. I stand a little taller, I focus on personal and professional development, I build genuine relationships and my purpose to impact others has never been clearer. If someone would have said to me 12 months ago you’ll own your own business, running a profit within the first 60 days of operation, helping a strong client base, coaching others to build their own sustainable business all whilst living during a pandemic.. well I would have said... huh? Me? I don’t think so. So I ask you, what’s standing in the way of you becoming the YOU you want to be be, the YOU you are supposed to be? I never really thought too much about affirmations or law of attraction- but whatever you want to call it- it can happen- you just need to stop telling yourself the story that it’s too hard, I can’t get there.
