17.01.2022 Busy, busy, busy. Trying to fit in meal plans, orders and blogging. But instead of eating at the computer, I came outside to eat. I am determined to be more mindful when I eat (grateful, present and sit down). I have found if I don't slow down to eat, I end up craving sweet stuff later or overeat. Anyone else feel the same? I'm eating 2 poached eggs and left over quinoa, haloumi and grilled veg plus a side of greens. Sooo good. As for this weeks blog, the topic is Reading!
