21.01.2022 If we stop, take the time to slow down and listen to our bodies and the world around us, we notice that there are clues everywhere. Life is alway trying to bring our bodies into health and balance. It’s amazing that sweet potato’s look like our pancreas and also help to keep it healthy! Never too young to teach children about nature and their bodies. Life is wonderful #healthylittleeatersgame

05.01.2022 It is our beliefs and imagination that shape our life experiences. What our children believe about their bodies when they are young will be a what they believe and about their bodies when they are adults. Our words as parents are incredibly powerful. Instead of saying ‘if you don’t eat your veggies you’ll get sick’ try saying ‘if you eat all your veggies you’ll get super strong’. ... The words ‘sick’ or ‘strong’ go into your child’s subconscious mind and create experiences to reflect this. There is nothing more worrying as a parent when our child is sick - so from one parent to another take the time to sit and play with your child, teach them about how amazing their bodies are, teach them about nature and how foods can heal and help us to be strong. This is the reason I created the game Healthy Little Eaters and why so many other parents, doctors, nutritionists, naturopaths and education centres are using it. When children understand the connection between food and their bodies it all just makes sense If you don’t know what to buy for Christmas this game ticks all the boxes - fun, play, learning and importantly a love for their bodies and healthy food
