Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you. Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins and can over complicate things leaving us feeling overwhelmed and stuck. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore simple improvements and implement gradual and personalised changes to their lifestyle with a focus on the physical, mental, medical and nutrition areas. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively making a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. Leaving them feeling healthier and happier.

By the time you are feeling thirsty you are already dehydrated, so here are a few simple ways to keep hydrated: start your day with a glass of water... keep a glass or bottle of water on your desk during the day use a measured bottle to keep a track of your water intake set a reminder on your phone to drink more water each hour during the day Once you make it a habit, drinking more water will be easy and also makes for a healthier you!
