03.01.2022 Last week I posted a short video on Mindful eating. Just to recap: Slow down Chew your food (at least 10-15 times) Make time to eat with family at the di...nner table. No electronic devices - talk to each other. Notice how your food tastes. Try replacing an unhealthy food with a healthy one each week. Youll be surprised how quickly you can change up your diet. Sitting down together or even by yourself allows you space to acknowledge what you are eating. Taste your food, appreciate it. Think about how it is helping you to create quality energy (remember, what goes in is going to affect what you get out!) Never discuss problems or issues while eating. Stress affects your digestion. Keep it for another time.
