17.01.2022 Quite often I am asked what you can do when you are a bit stuck Pooing for those playing at home is what I mean! Theres no simpler way to say this Our bodies are so used to pooing every day, and some people may even poo more than once! ... Years of consuming processed foods, including carbs, dairy, sugar and foods that include additives, that are harder to break down type of foods with less nutrients contribute to this daily habit As we change to eating healthier and more highly nutritious food, which our body easily breaks down, theres way less waste product left to poo So therefore we go every 2nd or 3rd day! Pooing less allows our bowel & gut to rest and heal itself and this is an important part of Step 2 of mono eating, as our bodies are adjusting to our healthy eating and need the time to do this Some good tips are: Drink your 3 litres water every day Ensure your consume your daily fruit Take 15ml of Aloe Vera in warm water at night Walk or stretch Take extra goop at lunch to increase your intake of fibre Some warm water and freshly squeezed lemon juice first thing in the morning also helps Introducing the probiotic every 2nd night to your program Is also a fantastic idea as this may help Alway contact me for more information but I hope this has given you a little bit of an insight as to how our wonderful gut health works #guthealth #phattforyou #healthyeating
