I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself to all of you & to tell you what we are all about As the name suggests; we offer Healthy Sweets & Naughty treats, but beyond that we want you all to be given something that we felt was lacking a bit in our area. We want to give you freshly made baked sweets (not pre packaged mixes), with nutritional and real ingredients! No nasties..., no fake flavours or essences, no preservatives, no fake colourings and that goes for both our Healthy & Naughty Sweets! I personally have a huge passion for understanding and educating myself about food and what goes into it and yes i ENJOY making nutritious food for my family and us all eating healthy majority of the time, but theres no harm in splurging every now and then This is why we offer both of our sweet ranges. Our Healthy Sweets are made with no refined sugar (apart from our cookies that use 70% cocoa dark chocolate), and yes our Naughty Sweets contain sugar but thats the naughtiest part of them (no nasties). Our sweets are all made with halal ingredients, partial organic ingredients and we have a range of gluten free and dairy free options with more coming soon!
