25.01.2022 As per my 7 news interview at the Tan Track (first image), ‘it’s been fantastic to be permitted to take Outdoor Pair PT sessions again’ (despite the weather having been s*ithouse, & having to wear a mask ). It’s also been great to expand to two Bayside venues: Tjilatjirrin Reserve, Sandringham (second image) & Dendy Park, Brighton East (third image). 24.01.2022 Holiday Training Suggestions - Day 1 (the most important day of all, to get things going) Cardio: 20-30min Run (15 sec jog: 15 sec sprint). 14.01.2022 If you had a crack at the Leg Shredding Workout yesterday, you likely woke up feeling in a similar way to what you did the morning after your first Healthy Switch Bootcamp session! Pushing through it & backing up, versus giving in to the challenge, has nothing to do with natural talent, & everything to do with commitment & effort, which ensures that only a great crew of people with positive mindsets ever come back for more! For today, 20min+ of continuous non-running cardio will help clear the leg muscle soreness - I went swimming but you may prefer a cycle, rower, cross trainer, skip, or endless number of other options. Bookending it with a few demonstrated bar toe taps (or a sliding plank if more suitable), will help to get the abs/core firing!

06.01.2022 HILL SPRINTS: Now that you’re getting over the DOMS from the Leg Shredder, it’s time to hit up some hill sprints, to get the heart thumping & legs burning! Ideally find a hill with some scenery you find motivating, to enhance your intensity & duration. If you’re somewhere flat, try to find a set of stairs, & failing that, load up a backpack with some heavy items! *20min+ total time, take it easy on the way down to fully recover for another maximal effort

02.01.2022 LEG BURNER Given you’ve potentially over indulged yesterday, let’s take out your largest muscle group for a maximal energy burn & to feel great afterwards! These can be performed anywhere, so there’s no need to be capable of driving (hopefully you’ll find an area with less kangaroo poo than I did)! I superset 20reps/20reps dropping by 2 rep increments (18/18/16/16 etc down to 2/2reps) which in the words of Lethal Li is Torture Chamber, so see how you go & maybe drop down by 4 reps if need be. I threw 3 x 20sec return sprint with 50% recovery, after the plyo combo, with a further 2 x return runs to finish off (literally)!!
