21.01.2022 H Y D R A T I O N Replenish. Revitalise. Ignite. All the cells in your body. Hydrating each and every day is so important for your cell function, to enable nutrients, especially oxygen, to travel around your body. To allow toxins to flush out.... It is great for so many of our bodily systems, especially the digestive system, brain function and skin health. Some people might like to spice up their water, or may just not prefer plain water. I try and avoid adding cordials or sugary mixers and instead try adding things like a cold infuse teabag or a spritz and slice of citrus fruit. I absolutely loved this rose lemonade cold water infusion by @twiningsau Then it’s important to make it easy to drink! I prefer to have both a bottle AND glass of water on my desk. During meetings it’s easy to sip from the glass, and between meetings swishing down more from the bottle. On a hot day I’ll make sure I’ve got some ice cubes to cool me down and a cold day I will usually brew a whole pot of herbal tea. Find what works for you!
