05.01.2022 I don’t usually rant about things... But I’m fkn appalled by the media atm. If you boost your immunity appropriately then you will not have to worry about this current coronavirus.... There have been thousands of coronaviruses before this one (all unable to be vaccinated against btw, they mutate too quickly, look it up) and there will be thousands and thousands more. Your best defence is refining your DAILY routine making sure you are: -taking the right supplements -avoiding damaging foods and substances -getting the right exercise AND -absorbing SUNLIGHT through those beautiful eyes of yours.
