15.01.2022 So there seems to be some funky and somewhat challenging energy floating about in the Ethers at the moment. With that being said, it is vital to clear and ground as often as you feel you may need to. This could include putting in extra time for your meditation practice, walking in Nature, standing out under the beautiful Winter sun whilst breathing fresh air into your lungs and taking in the suns rays through your crown. Or, you could sit with a crystal that grounds or calms you and simply be present in that experience. The deep purple colour of amethyst, apart from being gorgeous, is also very calming, as is this serene and peaceful crystal being in general! Whatever it may be for you, please create the time to schedule in your grounding and self care. Remember, you got this! Much love everyone x

02.01.2022 Self care couldnt be more important than right now. For many life is a rollercoaster of not having enough time to devote to caring for themselves. The time is now. Rest, eat well, sleep plenty and spend time with loved ones. Switch off the tv, read, draw, write, tend the garden, watch nature from the window. Take the time and space to regenerate and regain energy through meditation and music. The pace of life has slowed down, we have precious time to really listen to what is around us. I pray that this pandemic is over soon and we can get back to normality, but I also pray that as life begins to move at its faster pace again that we all keep a little part of self care and allocating time to ourselves and our families.
