15.01.2022 After years of rehearsing ... 16 to be exact ... and months of planning we are proud and excited to invite you to our 16th anniversary celebration! We’re all about fun and the joy of music making - a cappella style ... with the odd bit of instrumentation. We’ve invited our friends and past members (who can make it) who helped shape who we are - to perform with us.... Numbers are limited but we’ll post highlights!
06.01.2022 A lovely weekend of singing for Heart & Soul: a Christmas concert with Meli Melo at St John's church in Glenorchy yesterday, followed by Soul Food at the Bahai centre today. Amongst our other offerings, it was lovely to perform the beautiful Deke Sharon arrangement of Billy Joel's Lullaby, that Hazel and I learnt at Festival of Voices this year, Lorraine
06.01.2022 Participating in the Deke Sharon workshop in the Festival of Voices with Betsy (Nourish choir) and Jane (Sing for your Life choir) was inspiring! I’m keen to give arranging a red hot go!!
