15.01.2022 Music is what feelings sound like My dad was a musician, he taught me me music. I’ve always sang, played music and written songs to express and manage my feelings. I chose this song by Paul McCartney to accompany this photo tribute to my dear dad .Special thanks to Darren Mullen for helping me record and produce it, in time for the funeral. Thank you everyone for your support.

14.01.2022 How singing affects health 1. Singing gives the body vibrations, which increases our vitality. 2. During singing, special chemicals are produced in the human brain that help us feel peace and joy.... 3. Singing improves blood circulation, which has a beneficial effect on vocal chords, tonsils and many lymph nodes, which means it greatly increases local immunity (in other words, colds rarely) 4. Improvement of blood influx during singing leads to activation of brain activity: it begins to work more intensely, memory improves, any information is more easily noticeable. 5. Improve blood influx to the head as a whole rejuvenates the body, improves skin conditions. 6. Singing is very useful for lung diseases, as it not only replaces breathing exercises, but also promotes chest development, adequate breathing, which significantly reduces the number of exacerbations. 7. With regular lessons from a choir, the level of immunoglobulin-A and hydrocortisone increases in the body, which are signs of good immunity. That's why experts recommend singing at least 5 minutes a day, equating singing to exercise ". Stay healthy! And melodious!
