05.01.2022 "Today I am going back in time, almost 10 years ago when during time I spent with indigenous and refugee communities I was given a vision. A vision that today has been transformed into a charity organisation called Heartdancers. Today I sit in silence, in reverence, honouring the great mystery that has given me the vision and mission of this organisation. I see the origins of the music, the dance, the story telling, the arts and I listen deeply to it our Mother the Earth, the... Great Spirit, the only seed that ever is. Today I was awaken by the sounds of the birds singing in harmony to the sun, and I remembered that we are creating a children orchestra like the sounds of the forest a wonderful orchestra of nature, all divine beings singing and producing sounds in harmony with their enviroment, cooperating, working together to produce something bigger than themselves, united for the collective good. And then I remembered when with the co-founder of Heartdancers we went to the lost city, Teyuna to visit the incredible community of the Kogis and listened deeply to the voice of the Mamos (spiritual leaders) talking to us about their stories, traditions and spiritual believes, a beautiful story telling that has shaped this organisation forever. Today my sister sent me this inspiring documentary and I remember why I was given the blessing to lead this organisation. Meet Dianna Advance with Health, our new facilitator for the next 4 weeks : As the primary practitioner at Advance With Health, Dianna works as an Integrative Movement and Massage therapist. She strives to create a safe and nurturing environment for her clients. She has worked actively in the health industry for the past 20 years, amassing experience in postural awareness and the body’s part in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. From her work alongside Os...teopaths to owning her own dance company teaching children, she delights in seeing children and adults alike expressing and achieving optimal health through movement. In 2019 she started a Diploma in Dance Movement Therapy as she was looking for a more therapeutic way of bringing the joy of movement into people's lives, for all ages. Dianna is trained in Modern Jazz and Contemporary and loves to mix these styles into her classes with a taste of musical theatre for fun! Her goal is to uplift and enlighten, and bring the balance back to lifestyles that often demand on many different levels spiritual, mental, physical and emotional. New to Rhythm is Life? Rhythm is Life is a fun, low intensity class where we explore easy to follow dance movements from around the world. Every 4-6 weeks we change country/continent and/or dance style.
