16.01.2022 The last few weeks have felt full on and intense. Like as though I'm on a merry-go-round constantly going!! I have really been struggling with being too "mainstream" and craving more "me time" and spiritual respite. I just read this article about Mercury Retrograde and since I'm a real sensitive soul and pick up on energies, moon cycles and global shifts, I often feel these things intensely!!!... I'm really looking forward to some down time in nature at this weekends "Fairbridge Festival". It is a bit full on at the moment with school holidays, though I am looking forward to scheduling more Reiki sessions during May. Send me a message if you are keen. It's all about supporting mothers and fathers on this journey, encouraging early bonding moments and as a result stronger families.
