24.01.2022 How time flys! Last weekend Heart Essence celebrated its 2nd birthday! I'm feeling incredibly grateful for all the beautiful humans who have allowed me to go on their healing and self discovery journey with them over the last 2 years. Energy healing work is truly heart opening and transformative and it has been wonderfully rewarding facilitating treatments for clients while the struggle and chaos of this year has been incredibly real. 2020 may have attempted to disempower the... collective, but we will bounce back stronger than before. It may take time, but we will. Small steps forward will lead to big change . I pray for 2021 to be full of growth, expansion, joy and that you find new pathways that bring the spark back to your soul. I am always sending lots of love and cheering you on from afar. 19.01.2022 This view was absolutely worth the 13km trek to see it . My husband and I have been going on some long hikes lately in an attempt to see more of this beautiful country and I can happily say that the incredible scenery has not been the only benefit from this, I have noticed an overall feeling of being more grounded, my thinking has been clearer and self confidence has been on the up and up for getting through these longer distances and getting past the mental battles. 18.01.2022 I've been trying to find the right words to talk about the importance of patience for the better half of this week. The truth is, the more I tried, the more frustrated I became when the words didn't flow and the more I realised how much I needed to practice patience . Life isn't always easy, if only it were that simple. Growth is uncomfortable, you know this because you've tried and sometimes found it easier to stay within your comfort zone. There will be times when people a...gitate you and times when people soothe you. Sometimes we have to hold ourselves together, stand tall, take a deep breath and recommit to the enormity of this journey we're on. Life can change in an instant and once we are able to release the grip on our own expectations of who we're supposed to be and what direction we're meant to be going in, things will look a lot clearer once the dust settles. There is strength in patience and letting go of outcomes. Find the courage to release your grip and wait for the dust to settle. As long as we are moving forward, there will always be light and shade in life. It is a journey that is always evolving, please be kind to yourself while you make this slow and steady commitment to yourself. Courage and the adaptability to process change in any form it presents can be one of the ways we start positive motion forward so that we may float through life opening ourselves to new possibilities, new growth, new love. I hope we can all slow down over the next couple of busy months to reground and give back to ourselves. 01.01.2022 "Don't give up on something you can't go a day without thinking about." - Winston Churchill. It is difficult and sometimes painful to wait, but more difficult to regret. If the timing is not right to pursue such things, practice softening your mind and embrace patience. Continue making small steps forward every day. Life has a way of spinning around in our favour when we least expect it, in the most unexpected ways. If we aren't recieving what we desire, the timing may not be... right, or it may not be for our highest good. This is why it helps to practice the pause, release our expectations and allow things to fall into place as nature intended, over time. Even if it's not how we originally imagined, most of the time the end result is even better than we thought .
