18.01.2022 Sexual abuse and trauma have wide ranging effects on the physical and mental capacity of a person. Healing from these effects may seem a long road. Clients oft...en present to me with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, health issues, or addiction. Before we can tackle any of these, admitting to yourself and a practioner that you have survived sexual abuse or trauma is required. The unproductive symptoms of trauma can be treated but for permanent relief going to the core feeling and treating that, is the answer. For example, feelings of shame or low self worth, are a symptom of the deep pain that has been caused by an event that has changed your life. The way out of pain is to dive right into it, without retraumatising. We can do this by creating new neural pathways or thought patterns. Rapid core healing is a combination of Emotional Mind Intergration and Family Constellations that can have real impact after only 3 to 5 sessions. It is time effective and cost effective. Its not a talking therapy, its dynamic in its approach. It is not retraumatising as ther is no requirement to open old wounds. Just an honest admission of how you have been affected and a will to want the pain to stop. See more

11.01.2022 Change is inevitable We are all part of what is a massive change in the phyce of this planet at present. Change starts with how we look personally at our own b...ehaviour. Its most common to project outside of ourselves our frustrations about how someone else is behaving. Imagine if we had the courage to look within ourselves to identify in us, what irritates us about someone else. For eg someone is a bully Where are you a bully to others or yourself? Slowly but surely, If we are all working towards this level of self awareness the circumstances of this current world that irritate us, would change. This therapy offers healing from sexual abuse and trauma of any kind. It is a very cost effective therapy as it can offer healing in 3 to 5, 1 hour sessions. 05.01.2022 Included in my work as a holistic counsellor I am offering healing fom sexual abuse and trauma facilitation. The process is called Emotional Mind Intergration and can offer the client healing from sexual abuse or any trauma in little as 5 to 7 sessions without the chance of retraumatisation. In EMI we work with disturbed Emotional Mind States that have become intrusive in the functioning of a person. It facillitates the client to feel the emotions, connect it to their core, and change the story around it. This then enables a diffrent internal perspective to be realised.
