19.01.2022 When I encourage my clients to ground themselves maybe this is what they think I mean?
17.01.2022 Internal world in turmoil? Imagine a calm presence in the room with you, while you allow the storm to settle enough to make out the horizon. What hidden message lies beneath the swell? . . . .... #innerwork #courageous See more
16.01.2022 When parts of us do not have to go away for us to be loved, it rewires our brains. Acceptance of self is a practice many people struggle with. If you find yourself caught in a narrative of I’m only lovable if I..... (condition) then finding the parts of you that go into hiding when you are in connection with others is where your inner work begins, and it can begin with me.
15.01.2022 To the mumma who’s child struggles with anxiety and loses it when they become overwhelmed; at the worst possible time, I see you. To the mumma who repeatedly picks up after her children, even though she’s asked them, several times, to be responsible for their own belongings and put things away, at the expense of her own down time, I see you. To the mumma who never finishes a hot cup of tea, or manages to have a shower in peace, I see you. ... To the mumma who doesn’t get to sleep early, despite feeling exhausted, because her brain is firing tomorrow’s to-do list at her before today’s is even ticked off, I see you. To the mumma who’s partner is working long hours to support her and the kids, which means she’s the one managing everything at home, I see you. To the mumma who’s baby has a long-term illness, leaving her permanently exhausted and hypervigilant, I see you. To the mumma who didn’t have an emotionally available Mumma herself, yet commits to growing and unlearning so that she can show up as the best version of herself for her kids, I see you. To the mumma who cries herself to sleep because she hides her tears and the pain and frustration she feels from her family so she doesn’t burden them, I see you. To the mumma who worries about when the money will run out and how she’s going to feed and clothe everyone, I see you. To the mumma reading this who thinks she is invisible, feels she isn’t enough and as though doesn’t have the strength to keep showing up every day..... I SEE YOU, AND YOU. ARE. ENOUGH.
12.01.2022 Practice the pause. Connect with your breath. How do you bring yourself back into alignment after long periods of intense productivity or stress? People often ask how I manage to listen to so many people’s stories and traumas. Self-care is non-negotiable in my day, whether it’s meditation, stretching, music, nourishing food, or this , my favourite thing to do. ... The waves transport me to another dimension where time stands still and I feel limitless as I float and breathe with the rhythm of the swell.
10.01.2022 Beautiful flowers from a grateful client I love my work. Being able to help so many people move out of a stuck place or difficult, painful experience is what lights me up
07.01.2022 What can you hear right now? Take a moment to inhabit your body.

06.01.2022 Secure attachment begins with being present and available to mirror and validate the emotions of our infants. A child who is securely attached learns that the world is safe and that they can trust that their needs will be met. . . .... . . . #parenting #attachmentstyle #psychotherapist #warnersbay See more
05.01.2022 Our shadows are the parts of us that we have deemed bad, broken or unacceptable. So we hide them away, where they will sit and often seek expression perhaps in inappropriate times or unhelpful ways. The journey to wholeness begins with welcoming our shadow forward to be seen. Let your shadow speak at a session with me, we will create a safe and welcoming environment for it to be healed. ... Book your session in at www.heartfullyreconfigured.com
03.01.2022 Hands to Heart captures the essence of what my work means to me. Those who courageously reveal their most vulnerable and tender places are met with compassion, and held tenderly, as they release their emotional burdens and integrate the learning that comes with allowing their heart-cry to be felt and heard by another.
01.01.2022 Would you like to reorganise your family system so that everyone finds their right place? A constellation can help you uncover what has been hidden and resolve many issues that have been holding you back from the solutions to your struggles whether these are in your relationships, career, health, money or other challenges.
