13.01.2022 "Like many stories you may have come across, mine starts with an unresolved past issue. For me, it was the usual teenage angst and uncertainty. I didn’t know wh...at I was doing; I felt lost in this world and, typically, looked for reassurance in other people and things. Frequently, when we play around we fail to understand that what we seek in our life often doesn’t have a form or substance, yet it has the power to overwhelm you completely. When we seek the truth we struggle to find meaning in our life; relationships become an effort and we struggle with love. Even praying seems insincere because we are pursuing our need to lose ourselves in the illusory material world we have created around us. And all this time, the truth we are striving for is residing deep within us. That is the truth that Heartfulness has brought to me. I've struggled with everything you can think of - school, studies, relationships, family, personal vices, friends, boyfriends, work. I fell victim to this mental battle and went into depression until my father, one day, showed me a way to get myself out of the deep sinking hole of misery. He redirected my vision which was blurry and scary in the beginning, but I had to move on.
