07.01.2022 Today we celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We’ve been through thick and thin together. In a throw away society it’s been a delightful spiritual growth journey of becoming kinder and more compassionate, more tolerant, grateful and generous. A blessing that we are both equally as passionate about living with an open heart. ... Thank you Susan for your unending love and passion. We raised 2 fine young boys. I feel so blessed to be living the good life with you . Thank you to all who have shared the journey with us and supported us along the way in times of difficulty. 06.01.2022 Merry Christmas! We are feeling very blessed to have shared the year with so many wonderful heart open people. We'd like to take a moment to thank you for your ...patience, presence and love this year and wish you a wonderful Christmas. We hope that you are able to find some merit in what has been a very challenging year. This was the year when you had to get good at letting go, going with the flow, being open to change and constantly reinventing yourself. Like so many people, we have had a very uncertain year - moved our seminars online, created 2 new online programs that really took off (You Can Change Your Life and Core Clearing Breathwork Training) and redesigned our Breathwork website (www.breathwork.com.au). We finished on a high, even more certain of the worlds need for the emotional healing and empowerment that Breathwork can facilitate and ready to take our trainings out to the world in 2021. Charlie turned 18 and finished year 12 and Alex finished year 11. Both boys did a spectacular job of studying from home and achieved excellent results. Susan and I are as fit as ever with consistent runs through the forest 3 times a week, green smoothies for breakfast and daily Breathwork and yoga sessions.
