20.01.2022 Don't let your belief of 'not being GOOD ENOUGH' stop you in your tracks. You are good ENOUGH, clever ENOUGH, talented ENOUGH, beautiful ENOUGH and soooooo much more!!! So many times in my life I have fallen for this trap, I have allowed this thought to come into my mind, believed it to be true and allowed it to stop me from achieving something.... Has this happened to you? What is your story and how did you overcome it? Is it something that still trips you up? The important point is that this 'false belief' can be challenged. It doesn't need to control your life. Take a moment now to take in some deep breaths, and as you do that, tell yourself "I AM ENOUGH (just as you are right now, wherever you are and whatever you are doing) I AM ENOUGH. I AM GOOD ENOUGH I AM CLEVER ENOUGH I AM TALENTED ENOUGH I AM BEAUTIFUL ENOUGH And say THANK YOU for all that you are and all that you have.

17.01.2022 When you are experiencing energy that doesn't feel good (ie anger, fear, frustration, doubt) take a moment to recognise the emotion you are feeling, smile to it and then invite something nicer to replace it with. Ask yourself how you would like to feel (ie hopeful, peaceful, happy) and allow your thoughts to re-direct to something that brings those better feelings. If you are finding it difficult to re-direct your thoughts to something better, take a moment to change what you're doing. Turn on some music and listen to a song you love, go for a walk outside and feel the sun shining on your face or listen to the birds singing in the trees, take a moment to listen to a guided meditation to raise your energy levels, just find something you can do for a few minutes to lift your spirits.

14.01.2022 Find ways to be loving to yourself today. Listen to the thoughts that you are thinking. Are they filled with love or are you telling yourself off? Look at the actions you are taking. Are they made of love or filled with frustration or annoyance? You get to choose how you want to feel, what you want to say and how you want to act. You have the power to do that ... Start by being kind and loving to yourself and then look for ways to be kind and loving to others and watch your day improve. See more

09.01.2022 It is easy as a woman to compare yourself to another woman and then allow yourself to shrink down to a ‘lesser version’ of who you really are and what you have to offer in your day-to-day life. Each one of us is unique but we need to own that uniqueness, those talents, love who we are and not fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to others. If we do look at what another woman is doing, saying, how she is acting - find ways to be inspired by her and lift yourself up to m...atch that inspired thought. Own and love your own uniqueness and encourage other women to do the same

08.01.2022 A perfect way to end your day



07.01.2022 Have you ever felt stuck and not been able to say what you want? You want to feel confident and say what you want but then remember the last time you tried to do that and it didn't work. The doubt begins to get bigger the more you think like this. You question your ability, decide it doesn't matter and you don't speak up for yourself. Silently you beat yourself up for making that decision and find yourself being really angry or annoyed at yourself and the other person for ...making that decision. You know you're not alone with doubting your ability to speak up for yourself and say what you want. A possible solution to this problem is think of a time in the past when you were confident to say something. Remember what it felt like the first time you did it. Were you confident then or did it take some time (ie a few attempts) to build up that confidence? Take a moment now to take in a few deep breaths. As you breathe in, breathe in CONFIDENCE, as you breathe out, breathe out (release) the DOUBT. Repeat this a few times. As you do this, focus on what it feels like to have confidence because you have experienced it before with something. Even if it was just a little bit of confidence to start with, tap into that space and allow the confidence to grow more as you breathe in and see yourself being able to use that same confidence to speak up for what you want.

04.01.2022 Emotions are not always given the credit they deserve and are often described as 'good' emotions or 'bad' emotions. All emotions need to be respected, even those that don't feel good within our bodies. They are our guide to how we are feeling at any given time, our GPS (emotional guidance system). It is important to make time for ourselves, to acknowledge how we are feeling, and breathe through any challenging emotions that we are experiencing. With time, these emotions wil...l lose their intensity and we can let them go. If you are experiencing emotions that are challenging you, take a moment by yourself and allow your body to relax. Take three deep breaths, and as you breathe in tell yourself 'I breathe in peace' and as you breathe out tell yourself 'I breathe out calm' and let all the tension go. Keep doing this slow, even breathing for 5-10 minutes until you come to a place of feeling calm within yourself. You have the power to determine how you want your body to feel.

So often we think when I start this new job, then I'll be happy; when I go on this holiday, then I'll be happy; when I lose 5 kgs, then I'll be happy; when I earn more money, then I'll be happy. What happens when we think like that, we always hold happiness away from us!!!

02.01.2022 "Start each day with a positive thought and a grateful heart". When we wake up in the morning, often the first thoughts that can come to mind are all the things we need to do for the day. We often make our 'to do' list one that never ends and then the overwhelm can kick in really quickly. 'How am I going to get all this done?' 'What if I don't?' One way to deal with these 'overwhelming' thoughts is to find something positive about your day ahead and then take a moment to... think of at least 3 things you are grateful for. If the sun is shining outside and you have an opportunity to step outside for a few minutes to experience the sun on your face, be grateful for that opportunity. If you have a nice warm shower to hop into when you get up and make your body feel energised, be grateful for how easy it is to turn on the tap and enjoy that moment. If you have had a warm, comfortable bed to sleep in overnight, be grateful for that comfort and warmth. When you are in a space of really feeling that gratitude within your body (ie thinking and feeling gratitude) you cannot be in a space of 'overwhelm' at the same time. These are two different energies.
