I would love such a day, and good news, the day is Saturday the 22nd of September from 10:00 am. The Lovely Beverley RilattRichardson is our host and along with Brooke Bird and myself we have a great day planned! 18.01.2022 Q: Do you want more years in your life? Yes? Or more life in your years? Yes too? :) Then read on my friends..... I was reflecting today about health - specifically mine! Peeps gravitate to me because of my energy & positivity, but after having a viral infection for 4 days, and now finding it difficult with a post viral cough to summon up energy - it has caused me to reflect on the possible state of my immune function? So I'm overjoyed that in just over 1 week - Sat 4 Aug - w...e have Patricia Fredericks, from Warmly Nourished, who will be educating our participants in the 'My Body/My Temple' Day Retreat on the kind of nutrition which can reduce our biological age, show us how with a cooking lesson, and then feed us a sensational vegan meal (yes, including soup)! :) I can hardly wait! Maybe then I'll be able to answer that question above more intelligently and effectively! :) See more

15.01.2022 What does the Feminine mean to you? High heels and earrings? Or being demure and submissive? Or being a woman who's more laid back but confident in her abilit...y to have a certain aura and essence/ the capacity to influence/ the capacity to love and nurture/ the understanding and boldness to attract to her the people and opportunities that shes put out there? I would love to know your thoughts? And why a 'goddess'? What does that mean to you? A spiritual aspect? Someone who's 'worshipped'? Mother Gaia? Someone who's 'nailed it' (i.e. the goddess in the kitchen)? Or a woman who's man treats her with loving devotion for the radiance, sensuality and love she expresses in the sanctuary of their sacred relationship? For me, this is the essence of this new understanding and movement of the 'sacred masculine' loving the 'divine feminine' to encourage and foster these sacred relationships of love, bonding and support! In fact, this is the base of the new understanding I'm now teaching - the Power of Passionate Polarity for more delicious relationships! But I would love to know your thoughts, guys and gals? This understanding is the basis for my work, and the reason behind these series of forthcoming 'Feminine Goddess' Day Retreats, and the soon to be posted online Intensive on Feminine Intimacy and Love - look out for the event, commencing on Sun 20 Oct!
