12.01.2022 Bottom line is sit less, move more! Here's a challenge. Write down the number of hours we currently spend NOT sitting. Stick it on the fridge as a daily reminder. Then set a challenge to increase this number by a target date (end of lock down?) :) Move well.

Panic and fear can cause undue stress to our body which can lower our body's immunity level to combat the nasties. Instead, staying calm and taking ownership of our health with regular exercise, eating healthy wholesome foods, getting enough quality sleep and practicing mindfulness will help us and others around us. Let's be intentional to self care so we can rise strong and healthy above this cloud. Our health is our well-th!
