See you next Sunday 10th Jan at Neil Hawkins park we meet by the lake for 8am new summer time start followed by cuppa/ coffee/ hot chocolate. 25.01.2022 I didnt take this photo but it is exactly what I saw early this morning upon waking up on this day Easter Good Friday at 3.33am an hour later I decided to walk... around the lake by my home in the still of the early hours and the lake like a sheet of glass I had the surprise of my life to look out on the lake and see a black swan on its own such a blessing have never seen one here on the lake in the year I have lived here and for those that know me I didnt have my phone in hand to capture the moment and this photo I looked up for spiritual totem animal is the exact image I saw under the moon light on the lake it brought tears to my eyes what a special gift to see and on the blessings of Easter Spiritual totem animal Black swan can represent spiritual love and freedom. There is an element of joy in serving not only the spirits, of course, but the people around us.

24.01.2022 Walking group this morning around butler lakes and nature after a few low key weeks recovering from A fall this morning was as always is so wonderful with these lovely companions friends and soul family Love our time together and connection Coffee time at the dome is always a treat and such a wonderful view over looking the lakes There’s something so special being around water and the sounds of the birds and got to see the huge Koi fish in the lakes loving autumn in this change of season

22.01.2022 A wonderful walk this morning down by the ocean and the highlight today was seeing around 5 dolphins I think I hopped and jumped and shouted out then forgot my back is still sore but was so worth it....Always amazes me the wonders we see in nature and around the ocean and everything all around us The cloud formations were Spectacular It would have been so easy not to have gone this morning with the thunder and lightening early this morning and dark sky but our motto is come rain or shine we will be there and we are... We Would have missed the most breath taking experience and a big Thankyou to the dear souls that join me weekly and making this all possible Fills my heart

13.01.2022 Before we met up for walking group this morning it was shall we go yes or no and so so glad we did Love the pic of some of the group coming back up the path from burns beach end while I sat on the Bench at the top of the hill with coffee in hand and with a friend looking over the ocean wind blowing in our faces and hair so loved it.
