17.01.2022 Imagine finding out that a past ancestor was the link in unwanted thoughts or choices in your current life. Well that's just what happened in my own experience where I found out my Nanna's traumatising experience with cars was linked to my fear of dying in a car accident. We all have this ability within us to access these traumas of our ancestors and release them without re-traumatising ourselves. Once we clear it through Spirit, the energy no longer can impact on our thoughts, emotions and actions. The issue from my Nana was cleared through Holographic Kinetics and I recently travelled without fear even though I passed an accident along the way.

13.01.2022 Understanding how our body behaves when faced with situations that are abusive, shocking and sudden, allows us to draw our conscious mind away from emotions that are created after a traumatic event. However, acknowledgement does not mean emotions are gone, just awareness. We need to go deeper to do that. If we work with Spirit we release stuck energy and emotions attached to the trauma. This release can be enormous in terms of healing as it takes place on all levels of physical self, higher self, concious mind and Spirit/Soul.

11.01.2022 This study shows that hearing or seeing things unexplainable is not necessarily linked to a mental health condition. In fact, it's experienced by nearly the same amount of people living with mental illness as those who don't. So how does this help those of you that know this but are afraid to speak out? Firstly, you can share your experiences with a professional like me who understands and knows that research shifts as the human consciousness shifts. Someone who will view your experience holistically. And by doing this you explore your experiences without bringing about unwanted beliefs that instil fears and concerns. Those that come to me feel safe as I have the professional evidence-based background, but also the spiritual knowledge and healing training to work with people experiencing the unusual.

08.01.2022 No doubt there is disconnect that has arisen from not going within and knowing ourselves. If ego is greater than our spirit which is what this reality asks of us be, we can loss sight of who we truly are. What we truly are is amazing, we've just forgotten.

06.01.2022 As a professional in counselling, I believed in the services I gave. I saw many positive changes. Yet, for those that came to me with deep issues that had manifested into disease and debilitating mental illness. I found I wasn't achieving the results I wanted. These results mirrored my own personal results of lifelong disease, disability and mental health. Then, one day I stopped, literally stop. Looking back, it was as if the ego said "I'm done". I had relied for too long on... my ego. When the ego stepped aside, huge changes for me happened. I began to heal at a deep level, and through this I chose to to work with people to shift those issues that conventional counselling is unable too. Before my work was good after years of training and experience, but with lived experience and spiritual guidance and training, it now produces lasting results for those that want to shift big issues. 02.01.2022 So very true. Which is the very reason I called my business Heart Source. Because it is in the heart we find truth, feel truth and express our true nature. When we do connect to that truth and bring it into our reality, we become conscious beings uninfluenced by external factors.
