We are passionate about working with youth and giving people a safe place to go every week to create and express. ... Located on our beautiful 23 acre family property we open up our home for people to connect to nature, animals, creativity and healing. Making life long friends and connections. Weekly facilitation include dance, meditation, journaling, horse connection and communication, animal connection, arts + crafts, self development, story telling, the sky is the limit for what we like to facilitate at heart space. We only have limited spots as we like to keep our work and facilitation’s intimate. We facilitate weekly connections - ages 9 - 12 years old - teen group 13 yrs - 15yrs - Open group 15yrs + We also facilitate 1 on 1 Hollistic Counselling sessions for all ages. 20.01.2022 One Heart Retreat Some beautiful words by the beautiful and extremely gifted Jeremy Santos - Ayden Hayes Official... I’ve been told that when you don’t know where to start then the beginning will always shelter you and see you through those first shaky steps so lets head there. Back in 2014 I came to Heart Space, of course back then it hadn’t yet realised that incarnation of itself but the same shifts in my soul and swells in my spirit that occurred in my most recent visit this past October were happening back then as well. There is a magic, a miracle and a brilliance that occurs when the energies of the land intersect, bolster and compliment the spirits and hearts of the people that dwell on it. I have no doubt that this is what happens and has been happening in Heart Space. Each time I have been on this land, been guided by it’s facilitators, been cradled by their hearts, been found through their movement and supported by their souls I have been sent on my way at the conclusion of each event with a clarity, a fullness and a deeper connection to myself and all that surrounds me. I see and have experienced One Heart as a healing ground and as a conduit for connection. I have nothing but joyous memories and unforgettable experiences tied to the people I share the time and space with as well as the land and its animals. To say my time with One Heart was transformative on both accounts is an understatement. From 2014 to 2020, Heart Space, Halfway Creek and the Ross’ have provided so much more than just an event, they have facilitated a turning point, an elevation, a returning to you. That is a gift that I can never be more grateful for. I’ve been told that when you don’t know where to start then the beginning will always shelter you and see you through those first shaky steps... in a year with so much uncertainty One Heart called my name and I returned to it, sheltered by it and guided onward through the next few shaky steps of my journey. I look forward to when that land calls to my soul again and I will return. I can watch the sunrise and dance my spirit through the trees or down by the lake. If you are ever presented with the opportunity to experience One Heart, take it, it will be one of the best things you do.
