21.01.2022 Business has never felt so good I love that the business model at @heartspace.beauty_collective is not structured as a hierarchy, instead everyone is equal. Taking away the labels of boss supervisor owner has been a liberating experience for me. Starting out in business I wore these labels with pride, then over time they became a burden.. almost suffocating. For me they meant I had to show up a certain way, and also implied that I was above the team. My business and self development journey has revealed to me that by taking away a blaring sun the stars have a chance to shine bright, and they all shine equally

14.01.2022 What’s coming up this week VISION. Starting a business or re-creating your business requires you to have a clear vision. Tip Focus on what not how. Vision is the what, strategy is the how. Vision must come first. How to get there comes next. Vision is a clear inspiring picture of your business in 1-3-5 years. Begin with the end in mind & in heart. Your vision should make you FEEL good, light you up if you are connected to your vision you are more likely to achieve it.... Imagine what your biz will look like. Eg I will have less clients paying more, I will be working 4 days and team will make bonuses. Having clarity about your vision accelerates your movement towards it. Write in down, it will make it clearer. This is the power of having a vision script. When you get in the car you need a destination in mind, your business is the car and destination your vision - think about the team you will need to reach this vision. Culture. - What products, services etc will help reach the vision. Describe how it will transform people not exactly what. - What marketing, client base will help reach the vision - Future impact, revenue, social media followers, how many people you help, social venture etc Must be inspirational! 14.01.2022 Today I was schooled by my client. During feedback in a session, I was watching myself and noticing triggers. Wow Do you struggle to receive compliments? Do you prefer to give and not receive? Thank you I learn more about myself everyday. Being aware of these patterns and understanding them, means we can then make a choice whether to continue with the pattern or grow and develop the self to experience more duality and balance....
