19.01.2022 Spending time under the acorn this morning. I love coming here when my world gets too noisy, too busy. It’s so quiet here and I feel like I can lean into the peaceful quiet. I love hearing the magpies singing in this tree, the dull hum of faraway traffic. Beautiful morning sun filtering through the branches warming my skin ,and rejuvenating my energy. #morningslikethis #sunshine #mothernature #acornfairies #peace #allowing

12.01.2022 My first ever cherry toms with no looks of slowing down just yet! This plant randomly popped up in the garden and they are the only things that have thrived off the dry clay soil up this way despite having tried to grow a lot of other veggies and herbs from seed. #plantarbeds next year are needed I think! Things happen/manifest/ reveal themselves where they are supposed to be. #natureswisdom #deliciousbitesizedmorselsofwisdom

08.01.2022 Introducing my new facial oil... Organic Jojoba oil infused with organic chamomile and Rose petals I’ve been steeping them in Chamomile and Rose petals, organic of course, for 6 and a half weeks and now.... I’m so happy to say they’re finally here! *happy jig* Jojoba oil is fantastic for moisturising, rejuvenating and plumping skin. It’s also very similar to the oils found naturally in our face, making it an effective moisturiser whilst being fast absorbed and doesn’t clog pores. With lots of omega’s, vitamins A,E & D- jojoba oil is suitable for any skin type, in particular it’s great for sensitive, drier skin. Suitable for babies, as a makeup remover, spot treatment. The addition of the rose and the chamomile further enhance soothing and calming benefits to the skin, the smell is A couple of drops before bed onto the face and neck is my favourite. Mixing it with any essential oil that needs diluting. So many uses for the humble jojoba oil. Personally, I love quick and easy skincare. That are simple, potent, and simply work. Really, this is an extension of what I’m here to offer as a holistic practitioner, and really what I’m all about. A simple, multiple use product that works. No nasty toxins. Beautiful flowers that help heal the skin. Safe for babies and during pregnancy as well! I’ll be keeping a bottle here in the treatment room for facial guasha/ reflexology clients too. I have 3 bottles up for grabs at this point, while I make some more and let steep. 70ml- $35 50ml-$30 30ml-$25 You are free to collect from myself, or I can shop for a small fee. All of these bottles have been consciously recycled from skincare I’ve finished and have saved bottles for.
