25.01.2022 Only three days to go until this year's Heathcote on Show! As usual we will release some new wines; Tempranillo 2016, Grenache 2016, the new GS 2017 and the new very limited Sangiovese/Cabernet 2016 made in a Super Tuscan style. Very exiting! We are again having some wholesome winter dishes available for lunch on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.... - Classic Boeuf Bourguignon and a Warm barley lemon chicken salad. Both served with house baked bread roll - Hope to see you at Heathcote II !

19.01.2022 OMG ! This is so good right now ! The tannins have softened nicely. 41% Merlot, 33% Cabernet Franc & 26% Cabernet Sauvignon. We still have a few dozen available at Cellar Door if you want some.

17.01.2022 With this new extreme weeder we are taking care of our vineyards at Heathcote II. It will allow us to stop or reduce using herbicide under the vines and the soil will be better for it.

01.01.2022 We are very excited to be able to re-open the Cellar Door and the Villas this coming weekend. We are fully booked in the Villas. We will re-open with sit down tastings only, at maximum 17 people in the cellar door. The weather forecast looks pretty good, so we will also have outdoor sitting in the sheltered courtyard. We will be opened 10 to 6 on Saturday and Sunday, 10 to 4 on Monday and will have lunch on 11:30 to 3 during the 3 days.... We are serving our very popular wholesome home made winter dishes with Peder's classic Boeuf Bourguignon and the Tuscan Lamb stew with black olives and upsizing to full size mains. We will be baking bread and also have a charcuterie and cheese platter for the smaller appetites. We recommend people to book for lunch or call ahead. We will also be releasing three new wines; our Sangiovese Cabernet 2018, our single Grenache 2018 and our Grenache - Shiraz blend 2018 (GS). Plus we have our other wines on tasting as well.
