25.01.2022 Heathcote II Heathcote II practice hands on grape growing and winemaking producing premium red wines that are complex, intense and elegant. The grapes are handpicked from dry grown, low yielding vines and the wines are made using traditional European methods.... Join Peder and Lionel for the release of their 2015 Shiraz, 2015 HD Shiraz Reserve, 2017 Bushvine Grenache, 2017 Tempranillo and 2017 Sangiovese Cabernet in very limited quantities. Enjoy their Beef Bourguignon and other wholesome hot dishes Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

24.01.2022 As you know the current environment surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic does not allow us to host our event on the June Queen’s Birthday weekend. We do however have contingency plans in place to respond the ever changing lockdown and social distancing rules, which means we may be able to hold a modified version of the event before the end of the year. 23.01.2022 Sanguine Estate Wines Heads up, this is a pretty long post but there’s just so much happening at Sanguine Estate Wines over the Heathcote on Show 2019 long weekend and we don’t want to leave anything out! Let’s start with the important stuff wine of course!... Enjoy a casual tasting in the warmth of the barrel room at any stage over the weekend or try the vertical tasting masterclass with winemaker Mark Hunter on Saturday. Food! There’s Primo wood fired pizzas Saturday and Sunday or a light lunch on Monday. @Con Cariño Mobile Coffee will be serving up coffees and treats all weekend and there’ll be live music on the Saturday only. Cheese! Whether you want to learn how to make your own or how to pair it with wine Goldfields Farmhouse Cheese has a masterclass for that and they’ll be available Sunday and Monday. @Bespoke Wine Tours will be running a free shuttle bus exclusively to Sanguine Estate. Visit Peregrine Ridge to hone your understanding of the difference oak makes with their 'American Oak vs French Oak' tastings- Sat, Sun and Mon of the Heathcote on Show long weekend. Saturday will also see them cover of the 'Screw Cap vs Cork' debate (taste it blind if you like!) and on Sunday you can experience a Vertical Tasting of their Limited Release Range. This year you’ll find them at their brand new cellar door on the Mount Camel range as well as at their pop-up at the Heathcote Guide Hall in High Street.
