25.01.2022 As we go through self isolation remember to find a sense of gratitude for what we have. There’s an online program called Mindful in May you might like to register for ($49 early bird offer ends today). I did this a couple of years ago and found it helped with meditation as well as enjoying insights from others. Stay connected with your practices and each other.

25.01.2022 Meditation can assist with this. Be gentle with yourself.

24.01.2022 As part of looking at mental health, observe your thoughts. Would you speak to a friend like you talk to yourself? If not, be gentle, observe and let go of those thoughts without judgement.

24.01.2022 As we come into the silly season it’s good to share the love with others in need. Share the Dignity support women who are struggling and we can assist by filling backpacks with essential items. They are available in each yoga class so please consider helping.

18.01.2022 I hope your Easter is going well at home. My son, daughter and daughter in law all work in or around hospitals in the health profession so the least we can do is to stay home to protect them and their families. Stay safe, take care of yourself and stay connected with loved ones. ...

18.01.2022 This tshirt is rather appropriate for me as being a turtle was what I did last year in terms of swimming. This year I’ve gone into my shell to explore, to be at ease as much as possible ( sometimes rather challenging) and to meditate every day. Always a work in progress with no judgements! Well I can only do one day at a time or one moment at a time. ... Things have changed. I hope you’re going as well as you can be and please remember to reach out if you need to. My CD is available too.

10.01.2022 It’s been a while since I’ve posted. Hope you’re all going ok physically, mentally and emotionally. Know it’s ok to have times when you’re not as well. Masking up from next week will be challenging and something we need to do as a community. It’s about respect for ourselves and others and keeping healthy. ...
