25.01.2022 My grandchildren have been enjoying the Kids Singlet on Thursday night. It's good for children from about 7. It's run by Stephen Taberner from the Spooky Men's Chorale and is an interactive zoom session with rhythms, songs and dancing. It's crazy and fun.

23.01.2022 Dear families, I’m just letting you know we’re able to extend our numbers at Heatherbrae and we can now have 14 people here, including children, at any one time. I’m still asking people to book, which I know doesn’t work for many of you, life with children being so unpredictable - it just avoids having to be turned away if you come and we’ve reached our limit. Hopefully this will change again soon. Please don’t worry if you’ve booked and then can’t come at the last minute, j...ust let us know. Please feel free to ring just before each time slot to see if there are spaces. The number is 4759 1462. The times are: 9.30-12.00 and 1.00-3.30 Monday to Thursday 1.00 3.30 Wednesday 9.30-12.00 Friday. 10.00-12.00 Saturday Dad’s and Kid’s Playgroup The group for first time parents with babies under 12 months is meeting 10.00-12.00 every Wednesday. Book with Liz on 0422 733 224 We're asking you to fill in the following declaration: COVID-19 Health Declaration This declaration must be completed honestly. If children or adults have any of the following symptoms which cannot be adequately explained (eg child has asthma) they will not be allowed to enter the service. I declare that: I/my child have not visited any locations listed by NSW Health- https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/latest-news-and-updates as requiring self isolation in the last 14 days. I have not been in contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19 in the last 14 days. I am healthy/my child is healthy and we do not have any of the following symptoms of coronavirus: fever (defined as temperatures above 38C) flu-like symptoms such as coughing, sore throat and fatigue shortness of breath

19.01.2022 Dear Families, We want to let you know that we are beginning the process of re-opening Heatherbrae and taking the advice of NSW Health and NSW State Government to guide us in this process. From Tuesday June 2nd we will welcome one family at a time, not ideal I know when Heatherbrae is a good place for meeting up with other families. Hopefully we can extend the numbers very soon. These are the timeslots: Monday-Thursday 9.30-12.00 and 1.00 -3.30 ... Friday 9.30-12.00 Saturday Dad’s and Kids Playgroup 10.00-11.30 You can ring on 47591462 to book in. Of course you don’t have to be here for the whole time and we understand if you need to cancel on the day. When you arrive we’ll be asking some questions: Have you or family members been sick or showing symptoms of a cold in the last 14 days? Have you been in contact with anyone who has had COVID or any illness in the last 14 days? Has anyone been isolating at home? Because of regulations if you answer yes to any of them we’ll have to cancel your booking. You are welcome to ask us the same questions. We’ll be following the Covid 19 cleaning protocols used in our Early Childhood centres, which are rigorous and because of this we will need to pack away quite a few of the toys and we’ll have no sand or playdough. I hope what we can offer at the moment will be useful to some of you and we really look forward to having families back at Heatherbrae.
