25.01.2022 Last big crochet project for 2020! Waffle blanket in the colours of the Seychelles flag for a family member for Christmas. It is so soft, thick and 'squishy' and washes up beautifully in the washing machine as it's 100% Acrylic. Despite Covid, I have enjoyed 2020 from the point of being able to legitimately crochet for (sometimes) hours at a time during lockdown!! Wishing you all a very merry Christmas and a safe, happy, and healthy 2021, and thank you for taking the time to be so positive with your comments and looking at my work - I value them all, much love

18.01.2022 Hi all, I hope you have all had a wonderful family filled Christmas, a few drinks to see in the New Year, and some time away to de stress the happenings of 2020. I know I have certainly had all of the above, and am ready for a fun filled (no matter what!) 2021. This page was initially set up as a place for me to keep a visual record for (myself & my family) of my Crochet as well as anything else 'Crafty' I felt like turning my hand to. My crochet has always been a stress r...eliever for me, and although I have had many enquiries re purchasing what I make, I have always been concerned about taking orders, and then not being able to fulfill those orders, due to being overwhelmed and being unable commit and finishing within time constraints. However, I have with some encouragement, decided to take some of my own advice - we are only here for a short time, and you don't want to get to end and have regrets! So....for me 2021, will be all about new beginnings, changing the name of my page, offering some of my smaller crochet projects for sale, (& hopefully building up to bigger more time consuming projects) and other small handcrafted items & see how we go!! Whilst I open up my world to you all....over the coming weeks, you will see posts about a name change, new projects, markets (thanks Donna's Treasures ), links to people I know that also handmake the most amazing gifts, and maybe the odd photo of a miniature Dachshund or two!! 03.01.2022 So just to keep you all up to date, I have chosen February 17th as the start date for my "new beginnings" and have thrown myself into making some cool products that you will all be able to purchase off my page once Iam up and running!
