24.01.2022 Hi everyone. I did a zoom presentation yesterday to around 400 people and walked away worried about people’s Anxiety in relation to the Covid Virus. I too have had many days where I’ve been tested Mentally during lock down... it’s been tough..... I got this sent to me today and it has helped me put everything into perspective. It’s a very powerful message. Please share it.

21.01.2022 The next added 6 weeks are gonna be the killer. 100 people in the first lockdown completed suicide in the first week alone. That was only in Victoria too. The mental health issues related to lockdown and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression. Please could any two of my Facebook friends just copy and repost to share the helplines far and wide. Just two. Any two. Say done. P.S You’re not alone. We are friends for a reason. I have your back, you have mine.... We can do this. It’s not weak to ask for help. Just PM me please XX STAY SAFE AND POSITIVE VIC!! There are many hotlines available, please reach out to someone if you are struggling. #allinthistogether https://www.facebook.com/MindAustralia/posts/4087611604646912

"But nothing compares to the people involved" Please donate even if it's $1 https://www.gofundme.com/f/f45-rpwville-campaign-for-austra

16.01.2022 Good to get back on the road yesterday. Thanks to Renmark Paringa Council SA for arranging the visit. To have 80 people attend mid week was a credit to all.

16.01.2022 Tennant Creek low security working camp it was great to have a kick of the footy and get the opportunity to chat with the fellas.

15.01.2022 It’s a pleasure to announce on World Mental Health Day! The Black Day Out Golf For Good raised $15,721 for the Black Dog Institute which targets Suicide Prevention. In only our second year we had 93 players and 7 officials dig deep to raise awareness. A special thanks must go to Anthony Phillips from the Phillips Foundation for matching the total amount raised on the day. We also want to thank his sons Ed and Tom for attending the event. Thanks also must go to our three... major partners in Future Golf for their donations in the major raffle, Rinnai & F45 Rowville for your contribution towards the silent auction. I want to acknowledge our hole sponsors and all the donations for the silent auctions to many to list here individually. Thanks again to the Eastwood Golf Club for hosting us hopefully the weather is better next year. A special thanks to Brendan Neil who’s holding the cheque with me his work behind the scenes again was amazing clearly his golf wasn’t. Well done also to Sully, Simmo, Bart & Chris for taking out the trophy. Lastly a big thanks to everyone who played, 46 participants in 2018 and 93 in 2019 a huge increase in attendance and funds raised. Round up your mates for a big day in 2020! Please share this throughout your social media streams. Cheers

14.01.2022 Massive three days in Perth thanks to Fulton Hogan,Zero2Hero, Fremantle Footy club doing the tour and photo in front of my old locker. Reconnecting with a lot of people on this trip which has been good for me. Port Headland next week it’s funny being back on the road but I’m enjoying helping people again in WA..

14.01.2022 Blackash Solutions will again be presenting the Tier 1 and Tier 2 workshops for the Peel Youth Medical Service (PYMS) and GP Down South. Now in its 8th year I’ve personally presented to 8 Thousand students over this time. We have come so far from very limited resources to now being fully funded. We are again hoping for more funding so we can reach our 10 year milestone. Today is day one of 14 presentations in different schools across the Peel Region WA. Looking forward to the week.

13.01.2022 Vermont Footy Club proactive around Mental Health. Well done Mazz!

11.01.2022 Still reflecting on Mental Health Week in the NT. Thanks must go to Mental Illness Fellowship NT for getting me on board. Tennant Creek has had a big impact on me personally I believe every Aussie should drop into the Barkley Youth Centre and see what goes on there. I will be back next year as I believe we scratched the surface of breaking the cycle surrounding Mental Health, Domestic Violence, Alcohol,Drugs and Risky Behaviour in our youth.... It’s reinforced to me be happy with what you’ve got because people in these towns are doing it tough.

03.01.2022 Another huge week on the road with GP Down South linked into Peel Youth Medical Services. I would like to thank Tammy for arranging all of the workshops and Leanne for your support not just for me but the students. Thanks also to the other professionals who attended from the different services around Mandurah. Again the referral rate of students was high but I’m proud we made the environment Safeand real enough for students to come up and ask for help. Well done to the stu...dents who have contacted me on social media streams asking questions and asking to be referred to a professional. The maturity/street smarts by the students around Mental Health and in particular substance abuse not only educated me as the facilitator but gave me hope we are moving in the right direction. I’m hoping the Mental Health Commission can see how many students we helped again and grant us another 3 years of funding. See you next year! #Funding #Education #Savinglives

03.01.2022 Was presenting last night F45 Training Rowville for a Mental Health Forum. It’s was interesting talking in front of Co members but I want to say thanks for turning up. I’ve used the F45 concept for over 12 months now it helps with my Mental Health and a sense of purpose. It’s bloody hard sometimes the sessions remind me of a footy pre season but I love the challenges and in particular the playoffs. Thanks to Dan Hunt for inviting me to speak but also the opportunity to work alongside him as a trainer. See you tonight to smash Foxtrot out of the park!!

02.01.2022 Thanks to the PFA for allowing me to present today in Melbourne. Great to be involved with another elite code.
