06.01.2022 To our customers, We are deeply concerned about the articles that have appeared in the Mercury and other media outlets over the last 3 days. We wish to make clear that our business was not responsible for dumping the tyres illegally. Our business was responsible for not ensuring the tyres were properly secured, however the tyres were taken from our business and then dumped illegally. We understand that the offender who dumped the tyres has been caught and that person is not connected with our business. We are now seeking legal advice about what has been published in the newspapers because we think the articles tend to suggest that our business was responsible for dumping the tyres illegally, when this is not the case.
