16.01.2022 MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT: It is with great disappointment we advise that the Queensland Garden Expo for 2020 (to be held 19, 20, 21 September) has been cancelled. Whi...le the entire Garden Expo Team have put in a huge effort over the past 6 weeks to plan a Covid Safe event there is still no certainty that we will get the final go ahead from Health Authorities. With just over 8 weeks to go before we would have to commence set up for the September event we feel that we cannot delay making a decision any longer. It has been of the utmost importance to us that we deliver a safe and quality event and we are mindful of all the preparations that our exhibitors, volunteers and visitors contribute to this. At this stage we don’t believe we can deliver the event you have come to expect within the time frame we are now faced with. This has been a difficult decision but we believe this is the only way forward to ensure the event remains viable for the long term. We would like to thank you for your ongoing support. At this stage we will look to the 2021 event with the dates being 9,10,11 July, 2021. Tickets for the 2020 event can be held and used for 2021 or refunds are also available. If you would like a refund please request this through Eventbrite or contact us on [email protected]. Exhibitors will also be contacted to discuss their options. We would like to thank all of our Expo friends for their continued support and we look forward to 2021 when we can all meet again for three days of gardening greatness! Until then.....keep gardening
