It is with heavy hearts that we are all watching the sheer devastation unfold as we continue to see the countless 100s of fires strike up around this beautiful country of ours, especially in the past two months to now. Australia is burning and our summer has really only just begun. For all the loss of the millions of animals, and to the people who have lost everything, including the loss of loved ones and those whov...e been deeply effected by these fires...this is seriously incomprehensible. We are thinking of you all. This is truly devastating. To our 1000s upon 1000s of volunteer CFS crews you are the real angels for giving up your precious family time to go out and continue fight these fires as put your own lives on the line day in, day out. You guys n gals are the meaning of the True Aussie spirit! More than ever we need to band together as a whole and we are so blessed and humbled by our brothers and sisters of the New Zealand and Canadian Fire Services for also giving up their time to come over and assist in continuing to fight these fires along side us. We really need our leaders to intently listen and take advice and guidance from the indigenous folks who know this country better than anyone about how to take care of and read this land so we dont have a repeat of this magnitude of a catastrophic event again.
