20.01.2022 Our Christmas dessert this year were Banoffee cheesecakes. A caramilk cheesecake with a golden Oreo crust decorated with fresh bananas, caramel sauce, fresh cream and chocolate. Definitely a recipe I will be making again.

10.01.2022 A bombe Alaska ready for dessert. The base was a buttery shortbread followed by a flourless chocolate hazelnut cake, a dome of homemade ice cream was placed on top and then covered in lightly torched meringue.
