16.01.2022 This water droplet became my focus point in Tree pose this morning. As I gently and quietly gazed at it with soft eyes and a calm breath, all the grass around it in my vision melted away into pure green colour and the water droplet grew. It felt like I had melted into that spot, my senses were withdrawn ( pratyahara ), my concentration ( dharana) was fully awake that I even forgot I was doing the pose.. the whole experience became meditative ( dhyana) and I was totally absorbed ( samadhi) for a brief moment. This is the practice, just being with whatever is there for you, neither right or wrong, good or bad, it just simply is..simply sit with yourself for a few moments and watch your breath.. Namaste

01.01.2022 Had a very deep and beautiful practice here this morning on my own, yet not alone. I tuned into all the energy that surrounded me, there is soo much history on this piece of earth and that energy is always present..soo grateful
