19.01.2022 To all Our beautiful customers This is still very relevant, 2020 is proving to be very challenging as Covid-19 is affecting how and what we send in flowers.... As each day passes during this epidemic, certain restrictions have been and are being lifted; however, the concerns we had regarding the availability of imported flowers are starting to become a reality. Many people will not realise how the floristry industry is affected by the pandemic. Our suppliers and importers have been informed that there will be limited cargo space available on planes arriving in Australia. Additionally, the strict quarantine laws are remaining in place, which will severely limit the availability of imported flowers, flowers such as roses, orchids, tulips etc. This places higher demand on local produce, which again will limit the quantity of local flowers we will have at our disposal, such as carnations etc. Please be advised, We want to forewarn our customers as this situation develops. We advise you to order your flowers as early as possible, to try and avoid any disappointment and please be flexible. Unfortunately, this situation is unavoidable and remains unpredictable. Therefore, we ask everyone for their understanding and their patience during this difficult time and we assure all our valuable customers that we will do everything in our power to try and meet everyone’s expectations. Please note too, as a lot of our fellow florists and flower providers have had to close temporarily we are handling an increased load of flower orders. All orders, except for those requested for am delivery, will be delivered in the afternoon and into early evening until completed. We will continue to provide beautiful flowers and giftware...with a little tweaking!
