25.01.2022 Our new trailer is not far off completion. Nice and light in aluminium. Will fit under a market marquee and have us at eye level with our customers. Will either have a removable floor or a folding one. It also has a folding drawbar. Should be "ready to roll" by next week. 24.01.2022 Find us this weekend at Caloundra twilight markets and Marcoola night markets on Friday night. At Eumundi markets on Saturday morning and at Pomona music festival on Sunday. Have a great weekend everyone. looks like it finally going to be sunny again.

22.01.2022 With a bit of luck we'll be at the new Currimundi lake twilight markets coming up on the 15th of February. Friday night fun. Head over to their facebook page and express some love for us to be there if you want. We'd like to be at the Southern end of the coast more often.

21.01.2022 Need a food truck/trailer to cater for your private event or party. Call us if you love Asian food full of mouth watering flavour. The spring roll, rice paper roll and wonton experts we are now offering even more. Our great neat and clean food trailer fits into just a 3 x 3 metre space and can provide food that will wow your guests/participants.

19.01.2022 Wontons...wonderful wontons. Some days we do Pork and Herb and sometimes Chicken. The Chicken are a larger size than the Pork so 4 for $10. We are still open for business at Eumundi markets every Wed and Sat as well as Marcoola markets on Friday nights. Don't forget our Chameleon cafe is open on market days at Eumundi.... We have a great Aussie and Asian food menu on offer while supplies still last. Looks like we will have difficulty finding raw materials to continue if things keep going as they are. If the markets are closed we will try to open our cafe more. See more

14.01.2022 Sure you've had our Satay chicken spring rolls and our Panang veggie spring rolls but if you also love a great Curry puff then come see us at Eumundi markets.

12.01.2022 Open for take away only tomorrow at the Chameleon cafe. Straight across the road from our usual market spot. The cafe is at the entrance of the Pavillion market. We have limited stock of frozen spring rolls, curry puffs and wontons to enjoy at home at your leisure.

11.01.2022 A change in direction coming soon. Exciting new foods to hit the menu. They'll be great for events, party catering, festivals and markets of course. For those who like vibrant, colourful, fresh food full of mouth watering flavour...we are about to deliver. We'll be utilising our cute trailer to make them in so we can come to you if you have an event happening. The trailer can be run with our own Honda 2.0 generator so outside power is not essential. More soon...

08.01.2022 Applications for food stalls for a local food vendor with a totally unique product still available? We'd like to be there and our local customers would be stoked to have us there. Heavenly spring rolls.

08.01.2022 Hi everyone...just letting you know that we will be at Marcoola markets tomorrow night from 4-8pm. We'll have our spring rolls, chicken satay rice bowls, rice and salad bowls and super foods rice paper rolls on offer. Then on Saturday we will be at Eumundi markets with our spring rolls stall and Mimi and Che will have their satay sticks and rice bowls stall there. If you don't want to be in a market environment though it is not busy at all now, you can enjoy what we have on offer at our cafe (Chameleon cafe) which is straight across the road from the market in the main st. We have Aussie and Asian favourites there. Hope to see you soon.

08.01.2022 Ready to roll to the inaugural Laneway st food night, Brisbane rd, Mooloolaba in a couple of hours. It's on from 5-9pm tonight. Our trailer will be there with BBQ'ed Chicken tenderloin satay sticks with Coconut cream satay sauce and our getting famous, Satay chicken rice bowls...or if you're after a bit more greenery, our Satay rice and salad bowls. Come out and enjoy the storm free evening and have some food tonight. Laneway Street Food

07.01.2022 We'll be at the new location Mooloolaba beach markets. Asian style breakfasts will be on the menu...look forward to seeing you there.

06.01.2022 Heavenly spring rolls will soon be moving location of our kitchen. We'll be moving just a few doors up into Chuckles cafe. May will see us re open as the Chameleon cafe. Plan to open Wed-Sun mornings to lunchtime and stay tuned for dinner time openings too. On the menu will be Big breakfasts, exotic breakfasts, pancake stacks, Mexican favourites, Delicious fresh Sushi, yummy deserts, coffee and juices and maybe some Thai favourites as well.

05.01.2022 Ever closer to being finished. The light weight aluminium market place marvel that will make set up and pack ups a cool breeze...just what we need in the current weather we are enduring. Thankfull that Kevin and his son Cam @aluminiumtrailers are turning up the heat on trying to get it all finished for its first outing at Ocean st this Friday night. Don't forget. Double stall with Satay 4U being run by our daughter Ahmee and Ahlima next door with Heavenly spring rolls. We'll also be at Marcoola Market as well. Looks like it should be cooler by then...come and have fun.
