12.01.2022 FIFO Can be very demotivating. I have had to make do with FIFO gyms ever since I started training. Substandard gear or lack of specialty equipment plus 12hr shifts, early starts, extreme heat and camp food are all factors that can mess with your head. I am a sports lover & amateur strength athlete. I get a huge kick out of helping people achieve their goals. After a difficult 2020 and seemingly endless toil, I can proudly say I can now take on clients wishing to improve their athletic performance. ...
