It’s important to do your research and be guided by your experience of what works for you. Read reviews and ask friends and family who have made recent purchases. Take advantage of in-store demonstrations where to learn more about the appliances and how to use them. ... Look not only at the appliance features - but also whether or not they are right for you. Here are some points to consider: - Can you afford it? What budget have you set aside for appliances? - Is your current fridge too small (or too big)? - Is your oven easy for you to use? Is it the right height for you? Do you want a wall oven? - How much do you cook? - Which appliances do you use the most now? - Do you have enough hotplates? - What style of tap do you like to use - do you want a pull-out? - Is your rangehood efficient or does your Kitchen fill with smoke? - Do you need a double sink? - Do you need a separate freezer? - Where will you put your Coffee Machine and Microwave? - Do you want to make a show of your appliance or hide them away? - Is it important to you that your appliances all match? You also need to be aware of potential impacts when choosing new appliances - for example your current electrics may not be sufficient for an induction cooktop and upgrading is an extra expense.

20.01.2022 Has ISO gifted you with boredom and time on your hands? Why not plan your Kitchen renovation The key to a beautiful new Kitchen - and a space that truly works for you - is planning. First up, lets talk layout... Getting the layout right is crucial to a workable Kitchen and success takes research. When designing a new layout (or deciding whether your current layout is right) you need to establish what works and does not work in your current space. Here are some questions to ask yourself to get the ball rolling: - Is it easy to prepare a meal in your kitchen? - Who uses your Kitchen - does more than one person cook at a time? - Are the appliances in the right place - is your sink, cook top and fridge in close proximity? - Do you have enough bench space? - What do and dont you like about your pantry? - Do you like to cook? Do you entertain a lot? - Are there any cupboards or nooks that you cant access? - Do you have appliances, pots, vases that dont fit? - Is it quick to unpack your dishwasher? - Are your cupboards and drawers easy to tidy and organise? - Is there anything unsafe about your current layout? For example is your oven too close to a thoroughfare? - Have you got enough natural light? - Are power points and charging points adequate - are they in the right place? - Could you use a place to store paperwork, bills and keys? - Will your Kitchen include an eating area? - Is your Kitchen for you or are you selling? 18.01.2022 Work has started on our first new project for 2015... A large interior renovation in Balwyn including Kitchen, Bathroom, Ensuite and Laundry. The boys have been hard at work this week with demo of the existing interior.

10.01.2022 Definitely a challenge!... This cosy Bathroom (less than 4sqm) was originally renovated by Hebden over 30 years ago, and we have recently completed its update. The owners wanted to modernise and better utilise the limited space they had. They were thrilled with the result. See you again in 2046! ;)

07.01.2022 Happy New year. Were back! Now operating out of our soon to be completed, brand new showroom in Port Melbourne. This is the finished kitchen of our Balwyn project.

07.01.2022 Work is continuing on the Balwyn Renovation! The house has been gutted, and the boys are preparing the exterior openings for the installation of new windows and doors. Something special is planned for the back doors so stay tuned! Check out our progress pics below....
