21.01.2022 Hebel SS P&C are hosting an outdoor movie night thanks to Care Balonne. Sunday 4th October. This event must follow COVID-19 event rules. Stay home if unwell or have a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath. Maintain social distancing requirements.

21.01.2022 Welcome back to term 3. We are looking forward to another busy term.

19.01.2022 Bike safety, was a great success. Thank you Bollon police officer Darren for coming to show our students some safety tips.

17.01.2022 It is Queensland Child Protection Week "Child Protection is Everybody's Business " and Care Balonne has generously donated an information bag to each of our students and other goods for our families. Thank you Robyn and all of Care Balonne for your generosity.

16.01.2022 Happy Mothers' Day to all the mothers of Hebel State School community. I hope all the mums, past and present, have a wonderful day with their children.

14.01.2022 P&C AGM followed by a general meeting will be held at Hebel SS library 2:30pm Friday 14th August. All community members are welcome, membership forms will be available. Please come and show your support for our fantastic students of Hebel SS. There may be cake, tea and coffee available.

11.01.2022 If you would like to enrol your child in State Delivered Kindy or Prep at Hebel SS in 2021, please cone along to our orientation day on Thursday 3rd December from 9am to 11am. Please call the school and let us know you are coming.

10.01.2022 So good to be home in Hebel after a couple of busy weeks away. Great to see all the smiling faces today. I'll be back in the classroom tomorrow. The Army and Police border patrol have volunteered to help out with Jump Rope for Heart tomorrow afternoon.

10.01.2022 Cancellation of Events. Until further notice all district and regional sporting trials are cancelled. Beginner Music Camp scheduled for week 10 in St Heorge is also cancelled.

02.01.2022 Congratulations to Beau Barnes. Beau is our school leader for 2020. He is a polite young man who loves living in Hebel and appreciates the rural life. He knows that being a leader for his school will be a new and challenging experience but he is willing to do his best.

02.01.2022 Outdoor Movie Night at Hebel SS. This event will be hosted by Hebel SS P&C andsupported by Care Balonne. This will be a fantastic way to finish our holidays and start our last term for 2020. The event will adhere to all COVID19 requirements including guest contact information, social distancing, food and dining regulations, and stay home if you are unwell.

02.01.2022 Thursday morning is our Public Speaking event followed by the annual school bike ride "Tour de Hebel" followed by BBQ lunch with parents and students.

01.01.2022 Officially thanking Pinelands Lions Club for assisting in the finance for the permanent shade structure over the playground equipment. Thank you Hebel P&C for erecting the sign, aka Chris Connolly. Just one example of how our small community comes together to support our school.
