25.01.2022 Preferred methods of reheating: only reheat desired portion, discard any food that has been reheated and NOT eaten. microwave is usually ok for most dishes for the beef stroganoff we prefer stovetop if possible. Add stroganoff and a dash of water to a suitable saucepan, reheat covered, on a medium heat, until sauce begins to bubble, stir, and turn stove down to a low simmer until heated through. Should not take more than 15 mins. If you cook the beef too long or too h...igh, it may toughen :( if you would like to reheat the whole cobbler, preheat oven to 150c remove lid and cover with foil heat for 20-25 mins and be careful! 24.01.2022 And we're done. A very big week for HW! We have sent out some little tasters of our Pulled Pork and Mexican Slaw, hope you like it. For the pudding, remove lid, cover with foil and warm in an oven on 100deg. C. When it is nice and warm, pop the cool sauce on top and watch it melt and ooze like a caramel lava all over your warm pudding :) eat with ice-cream. Don't reheat the sauce if you don't have to, it gets very, very hot!!!! To reheat our mains this week you can follow si...milar directions, or just use your microwave (...and maybe omit the caramel sauce bit...) We feel deeply blessed to have been cooking your Friday night dinners for the last few years and we are grateful for your support, cheering on a couple of local girls in their first small business endeavour. But the time has come for us to tend to our health, to our families, and to our respective professional callings.
