Authenticity is hard to come by when it’s at it most genuine, be % you regardless of wether or not you are liked for it you can’t please everyone! ... Likable to ensure you have people around you that lift you up not pull you down to make themselves feel less of a failure. Influential to the people around you setting a standard for everyone to rise too! Without creating a delusion that your better then anyone else. Vulnerable to be strong enough to let people in without fear that if they don’t accept you for it that you will be strong enough to get through it. Empathetic not to be mistaken for sympathetic helps connect you to the people you want to help! By showing the tough times are tough but that with work come results.it’s ok to be scared it’s not ok not to try.
